2. Disclosure of Criminal Record

Clients who have a criminal record must disclose this information before initiating document processing. Certain restrictions or additional steps may apply based on legal history.

Failure to disclose a criminal record may lead to delays, cancellations, or service termination without refund.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Structure

We operate on a flexible payment system:

An initial deposit is required once you submit your information.

The remaining balance is paid after we show you proof that your documents are ready (e.g., sample images, preview documents, verification details).

Final delivery will not occur until full payment is completed.

3.2 Installment Payments

We accept installment payments, under the following conditions:

Installment plans must not exceed 5 months from the initial payment date.

If the balance is not paid in full within 5 months, the service may be canceled without refund.

4. Payment Responsibility

4.1 Correct Payment Details

We are not responsible for funds sent to the wrong account, crypto wallet, or third party. To avoid loss of funds:

Always double-check our official payment details before sending any money.

Only use payment methods provided directly by our support team.

We cannot recover funds sent to unofficial accounts or wallets.

4.2 Third-Party Payments

We do not take responsibility for payments made to other agencies or entities offering similar services. If you choose to engage multiple service providers at the same time, you do so at your own risk.
No refunds will be given for money lost to other agencies or middlemen.

5. Document Delivery & Responsibility

After we process and deliver your documents:

You will receive a tracking code to monitor the shipment.

Once dispatched, we are no longer responsible for the document’s condition, theft, or loss during or after delivery.

You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and paying any service or courier fees on time.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Full Refund for Late Delivery

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if we fail to deliver your documents within the agreed timeframe.

To qualify:

The delivery deadline must be clearly agreed upon at the start of the service (usually by email, WhatsApp, or written agreement).

If we miss this deadline without a valid reason, you may formally request a refund.

How to Request a Refund for Late Delivery:

Provide your full name, order reference, payment proof, and details of your request.

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after verification.

6.2 Situations Where Refunds Are Not Available

• If you send money to the wrong account, crypto wallet, or any payment details not officially provided by us, we are not responsible.
• Third-Party Transactions
• If you pay another agent, agency, or entity for the same service and they fail to deliver, we are not accountable and no refund will be given for those funds.
• Voluntary Cancellation After Processing Has Started
• If you change your mind or wish to cancel the service after processing has already begun, a refund will not be issued, except in cases where we miss the delivery deadline.

6.3 Installment Payment Refund Policy

If you choose to pay in installments, refunds are calculated as follows:

If no processing has started, any funds paid may be refunded minus administrative fees.

If processing has already begun, refunds will only be provided if the delivery deadline is missed.

If you fail to complete payment within the agreed 5-month period, no refund will be issued, and the service may be canceled.
